Michael holds a master’s degree in information technology and management and a bachelor’s degree in information systems. He previously worked at Publix, a company known for its customer-centric focus, for five years. During his tenure, Michael established his superior service skills, which provide the foundation for his high standard of impeccable care and attention to detail.
